Writing Challenge

Every now and then, a dear friend and I would challenge each other to perform something completely ridiculous every day for a month. Sometimes it would be manual labor, like push ups; other times, it would involve abstinence from tobacco or caffeine.. completely insane, I know. Yet, somehow, neither of us has been institutionalized for such absurdity.


Instead, all that radical behavior has attracted quite a following and now there are more than just the two of us participating in these challenges. Our next challenge starts in a few days and it will likely involve some sort of writing. My participation in the challenge will be publicly displayed on this blog for all the world to hold me accountable.

Complete details of the challenge are yet to be worked out. For missed entries and failure to participate, there will likely be some sort of penalty, but we have not yet agreed on what that
might be. Until then, here's my breakfast for the next few days...
